1. Product Information

All artwork sold through this website is original art created by Ara Entebi. Each piece is sold as canvas only and does not include framing. The canvas is ready to hang or can be professionally framed by the buyer at their discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are final and include:

  • The cost of the artwork
  • Professional packaging
  • International shipping via DHL
  • Insurance coverage

No additional fees will be charged unless customs duties apply in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We partner exclusively with DHL for international shipping to ensure safe and timely delivery of your artwork. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on destination.

  • All packages are fully insured
  • Tracking information will be provided
  • Signature confirmation required upon delivery

4. Returns and Exchanges

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Color variations from digital displays
  • Size expectations
  • Buyer's remorse

Please carefully review all artwork details, dimensions, and images before purchasing.

5. Damage During Shipping

In the rare event that artwork arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We will work with DHL to resolve the claim

6. Framing Services

While artwork is sold canvas-only, we can arrange custom framing for an additional fee. Contact us before purchase to discuss framing options, which will:

  • Increase the total price
  • Extend shipping time
  • Require special handling

7. Authenticity

Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, Ara Entebi. This guarantees that the piece is an original work and not a reproduction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ara Entebi Art Gallery's liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
