2. Reasons We Cannot Accept Returns

  • Original Artwork: Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation that cannot be resold
  • Hygiene and Preservation: Artwork may be contaminated or damaged during transport/display
  • Digital Color Variations: Monitor/screen settings may display colors differently
  • Personal Taste: Art appreciation is subjective and personal
  • Shipping Costs: International return shipping would be prohibitively expensive

3. What This Means for You

Before purchasing, please carefully consider:

  • Artwork dimensions and proportions
  • Color schemes and artistic style
  • Where you plan to display the piece
  • Your budget and commitment to the purchase

4. Exceptions - Shipping Damage Only

The only exception to our no-returns policy is artwork that arrives damaged due to shipping. In this case:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and original packaging
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • We will file a claim with DHL and work toward a resolution

5. Quality Assurance

To minimize any disappointment:

  • All artwork is professionally photographed with accurate lighting
  • Detailed dimensions are provided for each piece
  • High-resolution images show texture and detail
  • Descriptions include artistic style and inspiration

6. Canvas-Only Sales

Remember that all artwork is sold canvas-only without framing:

  • Canvas is ready to hang or can be framed by the buyer
  • Framing services available for additional cost (arranged before purchase)
  • Standard canvas edges are painted/finished
